It was another gorgeous, sunny day here in the Katahdin region and our Maine guide, Ken was busy with 2 wildlife tours. On the morning tour he gathered his group of 10 and set sail for Big Mud Brook. Although they did not see any moose, they did catch sight of several loons, common mergansers, a family of wood ducks, a turkey vulture and 3 painted turtles. For the evening tour they saw much of the same with the addition of a beaver and a cow moose that made a guest appearance.
