Ken was back behind the wheel of the NEOC pontoon boat today for both tours and they saw an abundance of wildlife. In the morning they were able to catch sight of loons, geese, common mergansers, belted kingfisher, cormorant, a snapping turtle and a doe with 2 fawns. On the evening tour they saw loons, kingfishers, Canada geese, 2 osprey, a bald eagle, a cormorant, a blue wing teal, a beaver and the most dramatic sunset due to the smoke in the air from the wildfires out west.
