With teacher Donna Davidge from the Martha Stewert Show as your Guru, and Mount Katahdin, Maine’s highest mountain, as your backdrop you will enjoy a series of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes appropriate for all levels. Revitalize by the water with sun rise and sun set meditation flows, paddle boarding and guided hikes, optional massage and sauna sessions. Enjoy award winning gourmet meals including vegetarian options and plenty of free time for rest, rejuvenation and reflection. Retreat Schedule
Day 1: June 5, 2015
* Check In
* Welcome Reception with catered light snacks, infused water, and herbal hot tea
* Learn or fine-tune the basics with an intro to yoga workshop #1 or take in your space and settle in
*Detox in the Sauna, set your intention for the weekend and then off to bed
Day2: June 6, 2015
* Wake refreshed, Stretch, and enjoy a catered nutritious breakfast by the water with beautiful Mt. Katahdin
* Join a meditation group by the water or enjoy a paddle board lesson with your fellow yogis
* Yoga Session #2
*Take some free time, curl up with your journal and be present with yourself or have lunch with your new friends
*Align and Digest with Yoga session #3 or explore gratitude with a guided or unguided hike
*Relax, Unwind, Reflect with group meditation or grab a complimentary snack and curl up with your journal.
*Salute and thank the sun at the day’s end with sunset yoga session #4
* Take some free time to reflect and refresh before dinner
*Nourish, Appreciate & Applaud yourself with a catered family style dinner among new friends- Enjoy a glass of wine if you wish!

Some items that you will need:
-We are a semi-remote location roughly 10miles to the closest store. Although, we do have a full restaurant on site, make sure you pick up some of your favorite snacks on your way and before checking in.
-Bring a towel, your yoga mat, and any blocks that you may need. (We will have a couple extra mats to loan out. Please ask upon booking)
-Comfortable clothes and a positive open mind.
