Valentine’s Day Specials
APPETIZERS
Spinach Salad: Poached pears, candy stripe beets warmed and tossed in baby spinach. Finished with a rosemary balsamic reduction and goat cheese.
Tuna on “Toast”: Tuna Poke on a fried wonton chip drizzled with a creamy wasabi sauce and our teriyaki.
Lobster Meatballs: Lobster, fresh herbs and lemon rolled in Panko. Served with a tarragon cream sauce and crispy carrots straws.
ENTREES
Chicken: Pan-Seared Statler Chicken Breast on a nest of Pappardelle pasta and Burrata tossed in our bacon bourbon tomato sauce.
Steak N Frits: 8oz-Grilled Beef Tenderloin with a buttery corn puree and “lobster fries”.
Scallops: Seared Scallops with a Bok Choy Strudel. Strudel is made with roasted pistachios, gruyere cheese and baby bok choy, wrapped in phyllo dough.
DESSERT SPECIALS
Coconut Cake: Lynn Oake’s famous triple layer coconut cake with fresh raspberries.
Bavarian Cream: Chocolate and Raspberry Bavarian cream with pecan brittle and fresh whipped cream.
