Out on Big Mud Brook on the first of the month, two tours were sent off. In the morning a group of four were led by Bob Chase and saw some loons, eagles, ducks, a merganser, a kingfisher, and some painted turtles! That afternoon a group of 13 was led by Ken and saw loons, geese, a kingfisher, two great blue herons, a snapping turtle, three waxwings, a muskrat, a deer, two beavers, and an eagle!!
