Due to the dense fog this morning, our Maine guide, Dave decide it was best to start his tour by van so they headed up the Golden Road to a few of our favorite spots. The fog soon lifted so they took to the boat for the second half of the tour and were able to see a bald eagle, blue heron, loons and kingfishers. For the evening tour, Ken was our guide and since it was a beautiful evening he was able to get his group of 8 out on the lake and over to Big Mud Brook. Along the way they saw 16 common mergansers, loons, a cormorant, a kingfisher, 4 painted turtles, a snapping turtle and of course a cow moose! Ken has been slaying it!
