Despite the rain in the forecast, our Maine guide, Ken was determined to get his 2 guests on the lake for the morning tour. They started off in just a light mist however it soon became fog, wind and rain. They were able to see loons, ducks and kingfishers. It was still raining for the evening tour however the 13 guests were willing to brave the elements so they went back on the pontoon boat. They saw loons, kingfishers, a merlin, a beaver and a heron. Not bad for a rainy day.
