It was a drizzly morning and our Maine guide, Bob and 11 guests took a ride into Baxter State Park to Stump Pond and then along the Golden Rd. The group saw a red squirrel and a bald eagle. On the evening tour Matt was the guide with a group of 10 and they decided to dodge raindrops on the pontoon boat. They were blessed to see 16 loons, kingfishers and cedar waxwings, a bald eagle and as they rounded the bend into Big Mud Brook they saw a beautiful rainbow along with 2 moose with a beaver swimming back and forth as though it was protecting the moose. An amazing sight to see! (Photos below)
