Today started off with a good size group of 11 and their captain, Ken heading out on Millinocket Lake to try and catch a glimpse of some crafty creatures. As they sauntered across the lake to Big Mud Brook they were able to see some ducks and loons, common mergansers and common goldeneyes, a painted turtle, a deer, a muskrat, and a cow moose. For the evening tour Baileigh was our guide and she gathered her small group of 4 in the NEOC van and off they went up the Golden Rd. They stopped at Lobster Lake and saw 3 female deer, a beaver and a sly fox that had just caught a mouse.
