On this crazy summer evening the waves were crashing on the shore and the lake was full of whitecaps so Ken aired on the side of caution and opted for the NEOC van for the evening tour. As the group of 6 meandered up the Golden Road towards the Sofa Pit they caught sight of a plethora of wildlife including a loon, a raven, barn swallows, 2 snowshoe hares, 2 cow moose, and upon returning to home base they saw our friendly neighborhood fox.
