Ken was finally able to get back out on Millinocket Lake today for both his morning and afternoon tour. The morning tour was a private tour for 1 and they headed out for Big Mud Brook to try and find our elusive Maine moose. They were thrilled to be able to find several loons, 2 eagles, 2 common mergansers, 2 cormorants and lo and behold, 2 moose! There was a cow with her calf right there in Big Mud Brook. On the afternoon trip the group of 8 ventured to Big Mud Brook and along the way saw loons, a cormorant, 2 eagles, some Canada geese, wood ducks and once again a cow moose! What an exciting day it was!
