As the moose tour season winds down, we had two tours going today, one by land and one by water. Our Maine guide Glen took a group by van for a full day wildlife tour into the Katahdin Woods and Waters National Monument. Although they only saw a chipmunk, squirrel, blue jay and a crow, they were enthralled by the amazing views and the striking colors of fall in Maine. On the afternoon tour, Ken took to the water with his small group of two where they saw a flock of 15 loons and a beaver.
