On this cool and crisp fall morning, Sterling decided to take his small group by van on their quest to find a moose or 2. They headed in to Sandy Stream Pond to enjoy the beautiful view of Katahdin and were thrilled to see 3 otters swimming around. Since the afternoon sun warmed things up a bit, Sterling decided to try the boat for his second tour of the day. They headed across the lake to Mud Brook where they saw a beaver and several loons but no moose today.
